Telangana
Home to prolific living heritage, Pochampally has made India proud on a world level. The artisan here wears his/her culture and traditions on the sleeve while fighting the tide of time. Our work here made us privy to the intricacies of the craft and earned us lifelong friends in the craftspersons. Here, creativity is the colour fastness to the fabric of culture and traditions woven on loom of rural life.
Haryana
Covering the length and breath of the state, our projects in Haryana span heritage hotspots from the mythological to the ancient to modern history of India. Our journey across Haryana led us to the doorsteps of Sir Chotu Ram's haveli to discussions over tea with his kin, then all the way to perceiving the vastness of the largest Indus Valley Civilization Site in the world, at Rakhigarhi.
Uttar Pradesh
While working on development reports and reforms for the true Indian hinterland of Uttar Pradesh, our team was taken in by the exemplary warmth extended by its extremely impoverished inhabitants. Steeped deep in a culture of solidarity and unity, creativity bloomed here, now fighting to survive under the mounting pressures on livelihood and lack of access and exposure.
Rajasthan
Opening a wide hue pallette of experiences, our projects in Rajasthan taught us the involutions of folk art through its myriad frescoes, endearing humility in the grandeur and opulence of the Umaid Bhawan Palace at Jodhpur, vibrant festivals with sand dunes setting the stage for cultural performances and the vagaries of time and traffic through an erstwhile city of gardens.
Delhi
With its mini cities, the capital city of Delhi is a multitude of vibrant cultures that enchant, endear and sometimes enrage, all at the same time. Its charming that everything is much like the multiplex here, something totally different awaits you just a corridor away. Here, our work has explored urban heritage, built landscapes and interactivity through its extensive cultural extravaganzas.
